When will I get my lash kit? (Full Course + Kit only)
Your kit ships straight to your door once your enrolment is confirmed. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as it’s on its way.
When do I get access to the course?
As soon as your enrolment goes through. Most months there’s no wait at all, you’ll get your login details by email the moment it’s confirmed. If a month’s spots happen to be full, you’ll go on the waitlist and I’ll personally be in touch, then it’s instant from there. Check your inbox and your spam folder.
What if I have questions before I get started?
I’ll be in touch as soon as you’re enrolled, and you can always DM me on Instagram or reply to any of my emails. I read and reply to every one.
Is there a refund policy?
We offer a 3-week withdrawal option. If you start the course and it genuinely isn't right for you,
you can withdraw within your first 21 days (a $500 cancellation fee applies).
After Week 3, the course is non-refundable. Full details are in our Terms and Conditions.
Is my payment secure?
Yes — checkout is handled securely through Stripe. Your card details are never stored by us
